Not only does Service Care include all the standard service items recommended by Mercedes-Benz but also includes the mandatory service parts such as spark plugs, air filters, fuel filters and screen wash.
Service Care offers you a choice of convenient ways to pay. From being able to fit servicing costs in to your monthly budget to paying for everything up front, giving you the peace of mind that all your servicing costs are taken care of.
Don’t forget that by using Service Care your services are only ever undertaken by specially trained technicians using genuine parts and approved lubricants and it’s flexible, allowing you to choose themost convenient Official Workshop to use each time, with no change to the cost.
Service Care is available on the: A-Class, B-Class, CLC-Class, C-Class, CLK-Class, E-Class, SLK-Class, CLS-Class and M-Class.
Service Care covers:
The labour and parts costs for the manufacturer recommended service content and all items required on the Electronic Service Sheet (ESS), including brake fluid, spark plugs, oil filter and air filter.
Service Care does not cover:
Items that are not required outside of ESS such as MOT test fees, any wear and tear repairs such as brakes and suspension components and any Retailer courtesy offers such as loan cars or collection and delivery.
